Yeah yeah, it's early, I know. Damned if I'm working Christmas day.
As per the now-usual tradition, the Steelers face the Nottingham Panthers on Boxing Day at the Motorpoint, with the return game coming the day after in the NIC. We have the promise of a couple of decent games I think.
Steelers Team News
Dustin Kohn should be back after missing Sunday's game in Hull. The weekend may come too soon for Jason Hewitt, whereas Luke Ferrara should be with us on Friday as the Phantoms don't play until Saturday.
Also, our new signing should join the line-up in some description. Expect new Steeler Jeff Legue (I've not heard of him before, might be worth checking Elite Prospects) to play some part.
Nottingham Panthers
On a losing streak right now, it would be very like Nottingham to derail our title ambitions, especially when it's least expected. However, we have a good record against them this season, especially at home.
Greg Jacina is expected to return from injury for the weekend. Steve Lee missed Sunday's game through illness but could make it. Sam Oakford is doubtful, while David Clarke saw a specialist for his latest injury yesterday - no news on him but he's unlikely.
