One Change You Would Make To The On-Ice Product: the communication on the backcheck and when players are going to get the puck behind the net. There have been times where the D have failed to clear the zone because no-one has shouted at them which way to fire it round the boards and out of the zone.
One Change To The Off Ice Product: maximizing more of the potential of the scoreboard. I've given one or two ideas to the club that I think would help generate atmosphere at games with big crowds and just haven't seen them done yet
