Weekend Preview - All Hail The M18!

In what is a true test of what I said last week about there being no drab weekends in the Elite League this season, along comes a home/away tilt against the team from the People's Republic of Humberside.

Having said that, our games against the Stingrays this year have been heated affairs, settled by odd goals and full of incident. I think we can expect more of the same this weekend, as they will want to put a spanner into the Steelers' works as the boys in orange look to keep their noses in front at the top of the Elite League.

Steelers Team News

Nothing to report, as far as I'm aware. Danny Bois and Dustin Kohn both made it through the weekend unscathed after their returns from injury.

Gerad Adams will be hoping to have Geoff Woolhouse back in the line up after missing the past week through a training injury, while the weekend will likely be too soon for Jason Hewitt.

Luke Ferrara is expected to be on Peterborough duty on Saturday, but as the Phantoms face the NIHL Billingham Stars on Sunday, Luke may join up with the club on Sunday.

Stingrays Team News
The Stingrays were never going to set the world on fire this year, and consider it as a rebuild. As rebuilds go, it's not too bad for them, as they are maintaining their league position in the process. They're even ahead of Coventry, although to be fair that isn't hard this year.

Hull expect to welcome Sam Towner (international duty) and player/coach Omar Pacha (suspension) back into the side for the weekend, while Jordan Mayer (injury) may return too.
