Plans are in motion, and momentum gathering, as the Sheffield Steelkings Sledge Hockey Club get ready for their first season in the Planet Ice Sledge Hockey League.
They recently secured their main sponsor for the season in AMG Superalloys, as well as twinning with the Durham Steelhawks SHC in Ontario.
As part of covering Sheffield hockey, it goes without saying that we will be giving full coverage to the Steelkings, including game reports and live updates on Twitter, wherever possible.
Now it's your turn.

Training sessions usually run on Fridays between 6 and 7pm at IceSheffield. The first two sessions are completely free, then are £20 per month or £8 per session. All people are welcome, able-bodied or otherwise, male or female, no upper age restriction. Go and take it in, see if it's for you.
