Elite Report - Week 27 Review

Albeit a few days late, it's time to look back on week number 27 of the EIHL season and the prediction of the games that didn't feature the Steelers. We'd been on a bit of an upward spiral in the last few weeks, did we maintain it?

Only one way to find out, read onwards...

Two games on the Friday night and with it two correct predictions. Both Cardiff and those Bears from Nottingham won their games in regulation which means we have made an excellent start. Can we continue with this?
Three matches on the Saturday, and not so good. Only Belfast managed to do what we wanted them to do, that being a regulation home win. We could have had two if the Stars had not been so profilic on home ice against the Clan. Edinburgh's win in "The Auld Barn" wasn't in the script either.

One game only on the Sunday, and whilst we predicted a Dundee win...we didn't expect them to drub the Capitals in the fashion that they did!

So overall in the six games last week, we managed to score three correct predictions. A fifty percent success rate which is probably one of the best weekend's ever. The cumulative record now moves onto 84 out of 219, which extends the percentage to .384 too. Things are looking up, can we continue in the same vein in week 28?
